Mindful Breaks: Day Two

Today’s Purposeful Pause is about commuting time. Whether you are physically leaving your home to go to work, or just walking downstairs, this transition from personal time to work time is important to use wisely. What might be your Purposeful Pause that will set yourself up for work in the morning, and then later, at the end of the work day, set yourself up for your personal time (closing the windows on your computer, turning the computer off, closing the door to your workspace, walking the hallway to your car/kitchen, your drive to/from work, etc)?
