Welcome to the registration page for “The Mindful Breaks Series” offered by the Institute for Mindful Leadership. Designed to enhance your mindfulness practice and leadership skills, this series provides a unique opportunity to integrate mindfulness into your daily routine, fostering a balanced and productive work environment.

Janice Marturano, author of the award-winning book, Finding the Space to Lead: An Introduction to Mindful Leadership brings you a new ten-day audio lesson program, the Mindful Breaks Series©; a collection of 10 short audio sessions (10-12 minutes/session) designed for busy individuals seeking to live and lead with excellence. Each session contains a leadership lesson, mindfulness practice and practical application for you to try. Ideal for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this series is a simple way to improve your well-being and leadership.

Our mission is to help as many people as possible on their mindful leadership journey. To that end, we are offering full access to these sessions for only $25.

What You’ll Explore:

Each session provides a leadership lesson, guided mindfulness practice, and a real-world application to help you answer key questions like:

  • Intention: How do I start each day with clarity?
  • Balance: How can I effectively manage the boundaries between work and home?
  • Communication: What are the pillars of truly effective connection?
  • Efficiency: How can I train my mind in only a few minutes a day?
  • Gratitude: How do I build a sustainable practice that sticks?

Flexible Learning for Your Schedule

After you complete your registration, you will receive all the information you need to begin exploring the Mindful Breaks Series. The series is set up to do one session per day, but you can work at your own pace. For example, it might work better for you to do one session per week, or one every few days. Customize the timing of each new session to fit easily into your schedule.

The unique link you receive is for your personal exploration of mindful leadership. Please do not share the link. As you progress through the course, you will soon begin to notice a mindset that encourages growth, compassion, and resilience. You will have access to these sessions for the next twelve months. After payment is confirmed you will receive the link and password to access “The Mindful Breaks Series” within the next several business days.
